The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot Big Bolts COE VIN BODY CODE HELP

I was looking at a 40's COE truck today.The seller said it was a 41 model,but my buddy that was with me said it was a 46 model. I found a tag located on the side of the firewall. It reads:

9432
Anyone have a clue as to what year model or any other info on this truck?It doesn't have a title.
