| | | | Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 4 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 4 | New to the forum and new to truck restoration. My husband and I just started working on a 1954 GMC 1/2 ton pickup. He's owned this truck since he was 13, but has only done smaller jobs on it. Its a bit of a hybrid in that it as a pre-1954 chevy front. We are onlooking forward to getting her into better shape. I'm sure we will find this forum useful in finding answers to our questions.  My husband at 13
