#87494 11/12/2001 7:14 PM | Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 11 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 11 | Some time back (should have saved it, but didn't) someone had the upgrade to a 12 volt motor to replace the 6 volt blower motor in an AD truck. I have the heater core at the radiator shop to fix a leak, and thought it would be a good time to change and be rid of the resistor since I'll also be doing a complete re-wire. I seem to recall something about a mid 60's VW blower motor which could be adapted? Anybody done this or remember? TIA | | |
