I am not trying for totally original, only keeping the 6 volt. What's involved in changing to a 2 brush generator and regulator. Electricity is not my "thing" but I like the idea of simple and reliable operation. What do I do with the old generator? Where do I get a correct one that will fit? How do I wire a new regulator and guages?
