Hy toychaser2005, was your truck originally equipped with a six cylinder or an eight cylinder engine? The eight cylinder truck had the radiator moved back closer to the engine. If your truck was originally equipped with a six cylinder, you will probably need a shroud or some fan spacers or both to get the fan to pull cooling air through the radiator properly. That being said I believe the stock rad in good condition should keep a 350 cool, hope that helps.
