You gots nuttin to worry about. I still do laundry like I did when I was a teenager, Throw it in, put a little detergent on it and let her rip.
I have heard that you should zip the zips but I don't have time for stuff like that.
My jacket has been washed in the above fashion at least 25 times and is still fits like a white sport coat with a pink carnation!!!!
