I guess the old age thing has got to me but I cannot figure out what to weld to what when putting a later model pumpkin in a 49 rear housing, to keep it from moving. Do you weld the u-bolt, the bracket or what. I got the picture from stovebolt showing the two pivot points but i'm still not clear what to weld. I don't want to mess up now tha I'm this close. If anyone has a clear picture of the weld and where its at please do an old man a favor and show me. I'm so close to having this truck ready for the R_O_A_D. I owe all of you so much now I just about hate to ask. I said just about hate to ask, so I'm asking.
