We started her up and took her for a 5 minute drive on the driveway (half mile long) and things appear to be OK. Turned it off, and then went to start it right away, and it cranked once or twice, then started to turn over, then started. It's odd the choke needs to be out more than it should be to start it, even after a warm up.
Not sure what's up with the headlights. But we'll continue wiring in the rear lights and signal switch tomorrow. Truck starts and runs, and nothing went up in flames today, so I think we're off to a good start. Here's a picture of the gauges lit up at night, they look real nice.
