I did a compression check on my chevy 235. I found that number 4 didn't have any compression. So I took the head off and found this-

My question is if this is caused by the rings not seating correctly? I took the piston out to get new rings but the Head of the piston says .06. I think this is pretty much maxing out the cylinder. I went by some auto parts stores and they don't carry any rings that size. Has anyone else had this problem?
