I might just add, that if you choose to tackle this, first you must stableize the cab. Keep it on the frame and level the frame front to back and side to side. Rebuild the door hinges and get the doors to fit as well as possible and brace the inside of the cab so when you remove sheet metal the door opening will remain intact and take your time and do one section at a time. Tack weld,screw or cleco the parts together and NEVER weld it all up untill last.
