jmh, If you do not have the tools and some welding skills,I would suggest you attend some local cruise ins or gatherings and talk to as many people as you can, I am sure someone there will hook you up with an experianced person who will be willing to do you bidding. It's best to get some help from an experianced person if you have never done anything like this before, or you can make a bad situation worse. Just my 2 cents. Good luck.
