Hi Larry, The tipping seat for the passenger side is exactly like what is in my '56 Panel. If you don't have the lower half of the passengers side mounts, they should be easy to make. The driver's side is different or missing parts compared to the two pair I have. The front of the drivers side mount comes down from the rail 3-4 inches and turns out to either side, kind of like an up-side-down "Y," while the rear is more nearly a strap on either rail. There are 2 bolts per corner on the drivers seat that attach to captured nuts on the bottom of the cab floor. Sorry I don't have any pictures.
