No. The serial numbers virtually never matched on these old trucks. It's prefectly normal. The whole "numbers matching" thing is more of an invention of the auction houses, and really only applies to performance cars and high dollar collectables. As long as the date codes and serial numbers are proper for the year, that's all that really counts for being "correct".
