yes, it's mostly an online thing but some shops have it, especially motorcycle shops and gun shops .... it is good stuff and seems to act like a rust converter, I got a couple cans and have used it as a rust preventer in hidden areas as well as removing rust from chrome - haven't painted over it but I don't see why it wouldn't work after normal prep steps .... there's someone Lower Mainland that sells it, but I've misplaced the name right now, you might find out at the Gibbs site
