Hi Vince, Sounds like you are right about there going out of business. I did a web search on them and could come up with anything. But I did find a name of a fellow on the HAMB forums that says he makes the same type of manifolds they did. I dropped him an e-mail to see if this is correct. I'll let you know what I find out.
