Bill - I totally agree with you, which is why I ask... It's Section 5, Sheet 2 of my assembly manual and shows no rubber, or any sort of stop.
My cross member shows no sign of wear where it's hitting now - so I wondered if its an adjustment issue.
Regardless, anyone able to shed some light?
