Tonight I reinstalled the transmission and quickly connected the brake and clutch pedal assemblies.
I had taken a ton of photos of disassembly, but now that I've got it back together, something isn't right to me.
There are two springs which assist in returning the brake and clutch pedals to their non depressed states. The brake pedal stops when the plunger reaches the back of the master cylinder.
What stops the the clutch pedal? Right now the lower half of the pedal is coming to rest against my freshly painted cross member!!! (and taking paint off with it!)
<Pedal resting on crossmember> <From top> Does it rest against the the cab when the cab is there??
Thanks,
Mark
