| | | | Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 2,544 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 2,544 | I've found that if I use a cut off wheel and then de-burr the end of the tube on the outside and inside using a sharp file that I have had good luck getting quality double flares. A little WD-40 on the flaring tools also helps, just make sure to clean the line before installing it. | | |
