They did not offer much help in my situation. I told them about the brush marks and they said that the Top Cote should layout as well as the Por15. They said to sand a small area and "Try", to add a thin coat of the Top Coat and see what happens. No very reassuring. They asked if it was very humid but in my case in N.Calif it was not. I probably not be able to do a test patch until this weekend.
