If you can get the rubber mounts to fit, your truck will be much quieter! Much!
When I got my one ton, the rear mounts were made of angle iron and hockey pucks. The difference between the hard pucks, and runner mounts was tremendous.
But, as you say, it can't be worse than it was! Hahaha. Much easier to leave it as is.
Agreed Mr. Lang - but I think I'll be ok with the old. I've been trying to keep the truck as Canadian as I can with it's quaint little differences. I like the bit of history that Brad pointed me to!
