I finished the restoration of my 1952 3100 on Father's Day and posted some pictures on Photobucket.
I did everything on this truck myself with very few exceptions- machine work, the seat, speedo head, wiper motor, and maybe a couple things I can't think of right now. I had very limited painting experience and no body experience beyond changing panels. The paint and body work was the most challenging part for me.
The most accurate statement I can make about this whole project is it just would not have happened without this forum. I relied heavily on the information so many people have supplied helping the rest of us. Thank you so much to everyone who contributes here. The search function receives a lot of criticism but I have found it very useful and got most of my information that way.
