My 1954 Motor's Truck Manual show the only GMC engine at 95hp is the 228 from 1946-1954.
However, my 1948 FC302 has a 248 which the Motor's manual rates at 100hp and the tag on the door jamb says 89.5 hp so I really don't know what to believe!
Looking closer, the Motor's manual lists Maximum Brake H.P., my door tag is Certified NET HP, at slightly different RPMs, I'm not sure of the difference.
