For heating/welding work, run 10 PSI Oxygen and 5-7 PSI Acetyline. For cutting, you can boost both pressures slightly, maybe 15-20 lbs. on the Oxygen and a max of 10 PSI on Acetyline. NEVER EXCEED 15 PSI ON ACETYLINE- - - -in gaseous form it is unstable and possibly explosive above that pressure. In the cylinder, Acetyline is dissolved in liquid Acetone at about 200 PSI pressure. As the regulator releases the gas to the hose, it eveporates out of the liquid and becomes a gas. Never use an Acetyline cylinder when it's lying on its side- - -the liquid can get into the regulator and damage it. Acetyline cylinders are also filled with a spongy material to keep the liquid Acetone in the cylinder under normal operating conditions. Safety First!
