For a rosebud cutting tip ( don't remember what size right now ) I've run 5-7 psi on Acetylene and 20 psi on up on Oxy depending on what I'm cutting. The thicker the material, the more oxy. Then again, I don't pay for the gasses, I just use them. And we're usually destroying stuff quickly ( vehicle destruction.)
