Mine were REALLY stuck to the frames. I took a dremel with cutoff wheel and cut the v-frames in half, then drill and tapped the v-frame for a 10-32 screw. I made a homemade slide hammer, applied heat and penetrating oil. After much penatrating oil and heat treatments and many hits with the slide hammer, all 4 pieces came out. Don't get too rough, be patient, let the heat and oil work. I never put the frame in a vice, only used my hands to hold the frame while hitting with slide hammer. Dave
