Check the vendors listed here. Most have the same one, some have two kinds. NAPA has a cheap one and a better one, but that one's $60 or so, I didn't see the advantage to it, plus it had a short plasic lever and black case, didn't look as nice. I prefer the metal/chrome ones most have. should only be about $25. Make sure you get a seven wire one or it won't work signals and brakes on same lights. The five wire ones, need a seperate lite for signals. Check around some of the trailer lights and acc. in auto stores for the switch, it's a bottom shelf part!!!
