Nicely done, Lonnie! For antiquing an image,
I've found this tutorial to be particularly helpful. Especially how it shows you how to add negative scratches and other effects.
I don't remember if that lesson addresses vignetting or not which you'll also want to apply for the faded edge look (in CS5, it's under "Filters/Lens Correction/Custom/Vignetting" and it's a slider bar so you can set it to where you want).
There's also Polaroid effects and torn edges and all that, but if you want to discuss any of that, PM me -- I always enjoy talking Photoshop
