I would likely either up the thickness, add some reinforcement channels or a combination. i could make channels and tab it into the floor. all cut off the laser so it fits up perfect. channel is easy enough.... just two hits on the press brake. i could even make it out of stainless so i don't have t worry about moisture in the channels.
i could even make some tooling to form beads if i really wanted but i dont know if its worth it...
