Great Idea with the Gasket Exchange web site!
I found this searching for body panel patterns. I have a relationship with a sheetmetal shop and I could get a flat floor cut on a laser for well below the $500-600 that mail order catalogues want.... It wont look original but I don't care as I'm making a driver and wont be crawling underneath that often ( I hope :))
Maybe you can expand the site to other items we could use patterns on? carpets? sheetmetal? door trim panels? The infamous poor fitting inner cowl comes to mind.. might not be bad to make it out of three pieces of flat sheet stock...
I may be able to contribute some by converting dimensioned scans into an autocad format that can be used by plasma cutters and other automated cutting machines.
