I started out with a small cobalt bit, then worked up to a 7/16. On the 7/16, I just drilled half way through the stud. Then I use air hammer with a punch and drove them out. They actually drilled out easier than I thought. Kept soaking with pb blaster. Didn't even have to heat them up.
