Didn't they sell a few million of those trucks with the inside-the-cab gas tank? Didn't all those trucks also have an ash tray? Didn't a huge number of owners of those trucks smoke while they were driving?

How many fires can you recall that were the result of gas fumes in the cab? I can't remember any, right offhand.
