| | | | Joined: Oct 2011 Posts: 89 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2011 Posts: 89 | Hello folks need your help once again.We have a 1954 1/2 ton.The front bed panel needed to be replaced so we ordered a new front panel for a 1954 from classic.When we received it to our surprise it was wrong.It appears by looking at classics sight that we might have a 1953 bed.My question is did 1954's come from the factory with 1953 beds? What is the easiest way to identify which bed is on the truck? Could the truck have a 1953 frame as well? Im trying to figure out what we need so i order the correct stuff.The truck has no bed strips for us to compare.
