Yes windlace and windshield rubber first. The windshield garnish/inner metal trim hold the headliner in the front. Put the headliner in from front to back. This is a floating headliner and you should have a centerpiece the they both slip into shaped kinda like a S or Z. Put windshield inner metal trim in first but leave loose. Next put front piece of headliner in and line up visor hole and install visor. These dont always line up so some modifications will probably be needed. Most new headliners will not have passenger visor holes need to cut holes for this. Once large center hole is made youcan use a leather hole punch to make the 3 mounting holeS from inside the center hole. Then put the 2nd piece of headliner in the slot of center channel. Then the back metal trim/ holder to hold it up. Keep it all loose and tighten down visor(s) first. Then windshield trim then the back trim. While doing back trim make sure you are at least half way into thecenter trim then tighten. Then slide visors over visor rod then done!!!!! A second person will make this go smoother but you can do it on your own with a few select words during the install!!!
