crenwelge 'Bolter C Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 4,963 Fredericksburg, Texas	Although CA has some regulations that are stricter than the FMCSA requires. Most of their regulation of drivers is mandated by federal law. A commercial vehicle is defined here. These are some good questions and answers to read concerning RVs.
