You might consider a power bleeder, mines made by Motive Products. Looks like a pump up garden sprayer with an adapter that screws on the master cylinder, and has a pressure gauge so you can do a leak down test. I never could get the brakes on my COE bled until I bought one. Even with that I had to "surge" the brakes by stomping them with the engine running. Finally got a full solid pedal though so keep trying.
