What is the advantage to running "vortec" heads? Do they have a smaller combustion chamber? OR bigger intake CC's or exhaust CC's? I assume they are center-bolt valve cover design. Do they usually have the bigger 2.02/1.60 valves? They are cast iron or aluminum?
Also, We are looking for a lopey idle, something that sounds good and comes to life when you crack the throttle. Thanks for any help. Brian
