Use some caution on who rebuilds a steering box.
My first rebuild was from a company advertising for this
among other services. The innards came apart and the
steering locked up, not going left. Luckily I had slowed
and was only moving about 1 mph in a parking lot at the time.
The second rebuild was a guy who had piles of parts, selected
the best he had and carefully reassembled a very good
steering gear box. This was ten years ago and I'm sorry
I don't remember who did it now.
