Sadly my post is too late to help but we could have helped you out on this had we been asked the question. That's the way the 4-5-6 manuals were published. The '63 manual has all the data, the supplement manual has whatever changed for the specific "later model" years.

I purchased a '63 and a '65 supplement as hardcopies at a swap meet. Sometimes the old school method of seeing what you get before you buy is the best method.
