But an electrical cutoff switch in the cab is cheap and easy. But use a quality switch like a Cole-Hersee (made in Massachussetts)not the typical plastic key under the hood nonsense.
A fuel cutoff, like Jolley says, is cheap an almost as easy.
Fabbing up some sort of interior hood release would be tough, but might keep that rare oil bath air cleaner with the truck. (I was Barrett Jackson in '04 and a note on this guys " super high end 'Cuda, was offering a $1000.00 reward for info on who stole his rare original air cleaner-and this was from a car that was in the "secure" high dollar tent with cameras and security, so imagine the fun that be had under your hood at the Home Depot!)
