Yes Fred, I do know why the label says Unity Lights. Because they are made by Unity Manufacturing and they are Unity Foglamps, the same company that made the spotlight that says Unity on it. The switch came with the light kit.
As far as ground, yes and no, that is not really the problem. The problem is that the bulb that was used in that switch is no longer manufactured and I have tried to adapt a 63 bulb with some soldered on nubs and it doesn't make contact properly so it's a ground and hot lead contact problem. Only on rare occasions when driving at night does it light.
