Looks like a nice truck, and 11k asking in not too bad $$ wise if shes in good shape. Fresh paint can hide a lot of problems. I'd make sure any body work was done correctly, and shes not full of bondo. Check the areas red58 mentioned. The 350 / 3 speed should do OK on the highway but will be revving on the high side = poorer fuel mileage if thats a concern.
