As long as you do your prep properly there should be no moisture trapped under it, and if there was an issue with bedliner taking in moisture after being applied, most modern trucks would have their beds rusting off from the inside out. This isn't an issue.
Having said that, what are you trying to gain by applying bedliner to the chassis? I think you're better off with chassis paint with good prep. | | |
