The swelling is way down, still leaking from some of the stitch lines, though. I've got an appointment on Monday with a facial reconstruction surgeon to see if they're going to need to rebuild the eye orbit. Hope not- - - -that involves metal plate reinforcements to the bones! You'll probably need to get custom-length lines fabricated, but lots of parts stores or hydraulic supply places do that. Once they're made, they pretty well last forever,especially in a low-pressure application like an oil filter. Some of those hydraulic lines are rated for pressures in the thousands of pounds! I'm probably going to go with a full-flow setup on the 261 in my shop, once I figure out what to run it in. I'm planning to turn it into a 300 cubic inch stroker with 292 connecting rods and Cadillac pistons.
