There are rock (you know stones?) shops all over that sell petrified Dinosaur poo. Find a chunk you like and have a hole drilled in it for a nylon bushing with threads or whatever attachment system you want. You'll have the only one around if you hurry 'cause I'm thinking of doing the same thing, just for the PUN value if nothing else. You'd have a thousand reasons for missing or grinding a gear! Oh, it hurts when I laugh! ;>}
