Pre '68 Dave 'Bolter P Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 Snohomish,WA,USA	Tightening a bolt in each of the two holes used for pulling the balancer locks out the damping effect of the balancer making it easier to drive it on (as per Chevs instructions). See the USA in your vintage Chevrolet! My Blog
