elmeyer44 New Guy E Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 15 Portland, TN	There is a hole in the face of the cylinder, stick a paper-clip in the hole & press down. You will feel a spring, with the key inserted turn the cylinder anti-clockwise & pull out. Larry
