I just got through painting the Blue Funk's frame. I would apply skin oil to my face, wear latex gloves, AND THEN put on rubber gloves. I figured if the paint splatted on my face, the oil would prevent it from sticking to my skin.
However, I did not wear a hat. I was looking at my work after about an hour and a half of painting. I had everything put away and rubbed my hand over my head, On the back of my head was dried KBS paint. You know, the stuff that nothing will take off? You have to let it wear off.
Well, I got a mirror and looked in a mirror at the back of my head. Sure enough, there were 3 paint splatters. I musta dripped some paint while I was under the frame and then laid my head in the splatter.
I got my elecric hair clippers and gave myself a really really really short haircut. I was able to remve the paint after about 48 hours with some body oil and fingernails.
Everyone at works thinks it's pretty funny.
