I've always layered up a couple pairs of surgical gloves (so you can peel them off layer by layer)

I use urethane in my day job,so I use the layered glove technique too.
Mind you the idea is to get the urethane
on the vehicle,not your hands in the first place! lol.
For the occasions where I do get it on me I wipe straight away with paint shop wipes and use a pumice stone for the dried in stuff.
