Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 30 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 30 | We've started overhauling the passenger door window assembly and found some strange stuff at the bottom of both doors. It looks like a strip of websuit material about 18" long, 2" wide, and 1/2" thick. I'm assuming it was some sort of spacer between the door skin and the horizontal support halfway down the door. The passenger door has what looks like a thing paper booklet folded in half and shoved in that space. Is that supposed to deaden the "gong" sound when you close the door? | | |
