Not really. The rochesters can be warped and not seal right, and the Carter w-1 tends to percolate on a hot day after shut down a little more. Either on works just fine, if they are clean, and put together like the shop manual says.
I tend to like the w 1 a little more, cause I think they look cool! I've never run a YF.
